With a focus on helping our clients and serving the community, Ridgeline Law is one of a small number of law firms in the United States organized as a for-profit benefit corporation. 

We believe that businesses, including law firms like ours, should be contributing members of the broader community and that a key way to do so is to always consider the best interests of our stakeholders - including clients, employees and other workers, suppliers and business partners, shareholders, and the broader community - as well as the environment. 

Mindful of our stakeholders and committed to being a contributing member of the broader community, Ridgeline Law became a for-profit California benefit corporation in 2019. 

As part of our ongoing efforts to support the interests and well-being of our stakeholders, we dedicate a percentage of revenue to non-profit organizations and deliver pro bono services to worthy causes and individuals in need.
